1) Your self-image is the foundation
Everything rests on how you see yourself. Build a strong, loving self-image first — everything else comes on top.  To change our self-image, we must – simply put – make the subconscious

conscious.


How can you make the subconscious conscious?

Anything limiting and negative is not really you. The image you have of yourself may be a

false one. To break through this, you must discover who you really want to be – peeling

off the layers of yourself until the core is uncovered.

2) Your subconscious runs ~95% of your day
Most of life is driven by installed “programs.” The leverage is in making the unconscious conscious and rewriting what no longer serves

Do a quick check-in:

  • What was my last thought?
  • Does it feel light or heavy?
  • How can I upgrade it?

Awareness creates choice – The moment you become aware of a thought, you create space to choose a better one.


3) Everything begins with a thought
Thoughts → feelings → actions → results. Choose thoughts that focus you on where you want to go; they shape your reality.

Replace thoughts of “I don’t want…” with “I want…” and make it specific.

Change begins from within - Outward change is a reflection of the inner work you do daily.
